I recently had the honour of travelling to Vancouver for a beautiful wedding at the stunning Hycroft Manor in Vancouver, BC, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I’ve seen so many incredible images taken at this historic venue over the years, and being able to photograph a wedding there myself was so special. Built in 1907, Hycroft Manor has so much character, charm, and timeless elegance.

A wedding at Hycroft Manor feels romantic, classic, and effortlessly beautiful. The historic architecture, gorgeous gardens, and elegant spaces create the perfect atmosphere for such an important day.

Sarah and Dean chose this amazing venue for their intimate elopement-style wedding, and it was filled with so much love and joy. From the quiet moments during the ceremony to the candid laughter and affection between them, their connection was undeniable. They couldn’t keep their hands off each other, and those genuine moments made photographing their day so fun and natural.

As a photographer, I love capturing those real emotions — the smiles, the excitement, and the little in-between moments that make a wedding day so meaningful. Sarah and Dean were such a joy to work with, and their love truly shined throughout the entire day.
