I was absolutely thrilled when Hannah reached out to me to be her Delta wedding photographer for her and her fiancé’s big day!
Hannah and I go way back—I first met her when I was a young dance teacher in training at Freestyle Dance Centre. Seeing her all grown up and stepping into this beautiful new chapter with David felt incredibly special. I’m still smiling thinking about their Tsawwassen wedding day!
The day began early, meeting Hannah and her bridesmaids as they got ready at Cascades Casino Hotel in Delta, BC. There was such a calm, joyful energy in the room—those quiet, anticipatory moments that always make the morning so meaningful.
From there, we captured a heartfelt first look with her dad (one of those moments that gets me every time), followed by a personal vow ceremony at Centennial Beach. The ocean breeze, the soft light—it was intimate and full of emotion.
After spending some time capturing portraits and group photos with Hannah and David, we made our way to The Red Barn at Southlands in Tsawwassen. It was my first time photographing at this venue, and I instantly fell in love. The charming barn, surrounded by lush gardens and open space, created the perfect backdrop for their celebration.
Their second ceremony took place outdoors, surrounded by their closest family and friends. It felt warm, relaxed, and so full of love—exactly what a wedding day should be.
Everything went smoothly, and it was a privilege to be a part of Hannah & David’s wedding day!!! I couldn’t help but shed a tear behind my camera during the dad’s heartfelt speech 💕
